These terms apply when you use hibrands.in and when you hire HiBrands ("we", "us") for websites, landing pages, SEO, social media or Google Ads work. By using the website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to them.
If your signed proposal or agreement with us says something different, the proposal wins for that project.
1. Using this website
- You may read, share and link to anything on this website.
- Please don't copy our design, text or code to use as your own, try to break or overload the site, or use our forms to send spam.
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the packages described. Your actual price is the one in your written proposal.
- We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided "as is". Blog posts are general guidance, not advice for your specific business.
2. How a project starts
- Free first call. We talk about what you need. There's no obligation.
- Written proposal. We send you the scope, timeline and a fixed price.
- Go-ahead. The project starts once you accept the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and pay any advance stated in it.
3. Prices and payment
- Fixed price. The price in your proposal covers the work described in it. There are no hidden fees.
- Payment schedule. Project work (websites, landing pages) is usually paid partly in advance and the rest before launch. Monthly services (SEO, social media, Google Ads management) are paid at the start of each month. The exact schedule is in your proposal.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless the proposal says otherwise.
- Late payment. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it's settled. We'll always tell you first.
4. Costs paid to other companies
Some things are bought from other companies and are not part of our fee, unless your proposal says they are:
- domain names, hosting, email and paid plugins or themes
- ad spend on Google, Meta or other platforms, which you pay to the platform directly
- stock photos, fonts or software licences you ask for
These belong to you, in your name wherever possible.
5. Changes to the work
If you'd like something that isn't in the agreed scope, we'll tell you what it involves and what it costs before doing it. Nothing extra is added to your bill without your written OK.
6. What we need from you
To keep the project on time, we'll need content (text, photos, logos), feedback and approvals from you. If these are delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount. If a project is on hold for more than 60 days because we're waiting on you, we may close it and invoice the work done so far.
7. Results
We do careful, honest work and we report on it openly. But search engines, social platforms and ad networks are run by other companies and change often, so we can't guarantee specific rankings, followers, leads or sales. Any figures we discuss are estimates, not promises.
8. Who owns the work
- Once you've paid in full, you own the final website design, content and code we created for you, and the ad and social accounts set up for your business.
- Before full payment, we keep ownership and may keep the work offline.
- We keep the right to reuse our general tools, code libraries and know-how, which are not specific to your business.
- Third-party items (themes, plugins, stock images, fonts) stay under their own licences.
- Portfolio: we may show the finished work on our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and data private, and use them only to do your work. When a project ends, we'll hand back or delete access details as you prefer. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Ending the work
- Monthly services have no lock-in. Either side can stop with 15 days' written notice before the next billing date.
- Project work can be stopped by either side in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point; any advance covering work not yet done is refunded.
- Fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
11. Liability
We'll fix mistakes in our own work that you report within 30 days of launch, free of charge. Beyond that:
- We're not responsible for problems caused by other companies' services (hosting, plugins, ad platforms, search engine updates) or by changes made by others after handover.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned in the 3 months before the claim.
- Neither side is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
12. If we disagree
We'd rather talk it through. Contact us and we'll try to resolve any problem within 30 days. If that doesn't work, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts in India that have jurisdiction over HiBrands.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you accept a proposal applies to that project.
